The pre authorization date or the post authorization date.

For some reason all these great legal minds determined that it was legal for them to file an increase in the authorization 5 days after the date on the paper work.

The State of Florida revolves around their date on their paperwork not the date the paperwork was filed.

Actually on pink sheets it still says the AS is 100M as of July 8th 2008 so it appears the huge increase in the authorization that was post dated was never approved by SOS FLA
