Nite and Vert Kept the shares low so the Lee's could purchase a huge majority of the O/S. not being SEC registered, EESO is vulnerable to a hostile takeover. now as we progress and see the big buys (100000,250000 500000 shares), the lees get closer and closer to hostile take over. when HT is complete, Lees RS and screw us all. we all become bag holders.
