Glade to see that you changed your message quickly from "back to pinksheet. no need to file 8K this is no longer OTC.BB" to "8K out" As you can see, although this company is on the pink sheets, it does keep up with all its filings. So I repeat, if the A/S were to change from 10 billion, to 1 billion, we would have seen an 8-K.
