The plaintiffs Motion for Temporary Restraining was heard today

The court therefore make the following findings and orders

The court finds that this Motion for a temporary restraining order is necessary and if the Motion were not granted , harm to the plaintiff's will be imminent and ongoing and that the plaintiffs have no other adequate remedy at law

The court further finds defendant Steve Humphries did not properly call and notice a meeting of shareholders a special shareholders meeting to be held on May 19 2009, at 3:00 as the meeting was not called by either the president of sun sports , as required by Article 3, section 2 of the Bylaws of sun sports

It is Therefore ordered , that the defendant Humphries and his agents and representatives are hereby immediately enjoined from calling and holding a special meeting of shareholders

It is further ordered that the hearing on a permanent injunction in this matter is set for June 3rd 2009 @ 9:00 AM
