I have been saying they will buy the co. cheaply. The Koreans are tough business people and you have to admire that. They are not like a lot of Americans that over pay. I believe they have bought up 6-800 shares to be able to buy the co. up cheaply. We will probably never know the true story. But in doing that their total cost will be less but they can buy more per share price.
