renegotiate? think of it in terms of credit rating Big.. it's not much different than your average Joe/Sue.. establish grade A credit and there's a list of possible lenders.. I am sure Pope is extremely pleased with what was a low interest 6%.. the next time,, it's possible to extend at lower rate too.. especially if dealing with 20+ bucks a share..

Business loans run typical good credit periods, 3 and 5 years..,, generally a 5 year is taken by a company if interest is nice and low fixed.
