Aria International Incorporated Signs Agreement with Worldwide Aeros Corp. to Acquire Airship

ARLINGTON, Va., May 20, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aria International Holdings, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Aria International Incorporated, a Nevada corporation ("Aria International") (OTC BB: ARAH), focused on providing specialized surveillance and communications solutions to a global customer base is pleased to announce today that it has signed an agreement with Worldwide Aeros Corp. ("Aeros") a Delaware corporation based in Montebello, California the world leading lighter-than-air, FAA-certified aircraft manufacturing company, that designs and manufactures buoyancy assisted aerial platforms used for surveillance, advertising broadcasting and travel as well as a new type of variable buoyancy aircraft - the Aeroscraft - for cargo transportation.
Aria International and Aeros previously entered into a Wet-Lease agreement to conduct a flight demonstration of the Aeros 40D Airship S/N A40D-21 (the "Airship") to ARIA International's customer the Kingdom of Thailand, Royal Thai Army ("RTA"). The Airship purchased will be used to provide in-country surveillance and communications solutions and will be transferred to the RTA according to contract provisions and schedule.

The Royal Thai Army selected Aria International Incorporated after a number of real-time demonstrations of the surveillance system that were conducted in the United States. Aria previously announced the RTA contract on April 30, 2009. Under this contract, Aria International is responsible for integrating all system components and delivering a complete turn-key solution, conducting initial operations and continuing maintenance tasks as well as providing the training to the RTA personnel on the use of the equipment.

The RTA surveillance and communications solution consists of the Aeros 40D Sky Dragon airship acquired from Aeros equipped with special state-of-the-art imaging and communications systems and upgrades to existing command and control facilities to allow for the receipt of real-time surveillance data. The Airship will be accompanied with a state-of-the-art Mobile Command and Control Vehicle. Aria International will train Royal Thai Army personnel to pilot and effectively utilize and maintain the deployed surveillance and communications systems. In addition to the cameras on the Airship, Aria International will also install and integrate high-definition day/night camera systems on select Royal Thai Army helicopters.
