It is on the pinks until they file the K then it goes back to their previous status. They will then be in full compliance and be a fully reporting company. We should see the Q very soon after the K comes out.

They would have had to miss 3 consecutive filings to be left on the pinks for one year as some have suggested.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
