I just spoke with Dean Bradley...

President of EQUR.

Although he is not in a position to elaborate
on the recent Press Releases at this time,
he is able to state without a doubt that he is
"Highly Optimistic" concerning the coming
Chain of Events mentioned within the recent
Press Releases.

He also stated that any acquisitions WILL NOT BE
DILUTIVE TO THE COMMON SHAREHOLDERS
because the deals are and will be done on a
Preferred Share Basis!!!
