I have to say that it does bug me that the company wants US to do ITS work for it (calling the cable companies...), but, I'll slack off my criticism of that a bit..Only because that's just the way it's done. Customer demand drives channel additions.
I would like it a LOT more if I saw some PRINT ADS, or RADIO SPOTS, or SOMETHING telling me about Q, and where to call to subscribe. Granted, with the 'sensitivity' of this channel, flying under the radar is still a good idea..
I'm VERY anxious to see what kind of marketing RCN does, and how quickly the word spreads, and IF/WHEN the national press picks up on it. My guess is that once Q is officially ON THE AIR via RCN (and others...), the networks are going to notice.
Today's San Francisco news saddens me (though I have to agree with the legal issues involved), and it bugs the living crap out of me that this country is STILL so damned hung up on itself.
