The pricing is set for 1 year and the terms of the agreement are for 1 year. IMO, I don't think this was a rush, I think it is the nature of the first stages. Guaranteed for 1 year with an option to cancel after that. Neither CYRX or FedEx should jump into a locked deal for too long. This will be a big deal when this gets renegotiated in 1 year. Can't wait to listen in today. Is anybody dialing in to participate?
