They were inherited from the shell. Don't respond as if I'm an idiot if you know less about the subject. The old shell ( which was fairly clean) did have some crap attached to it. This is a non issue now. How many multi million dumps do you see or T trades? So what I gather is you claim the dilution came at the transfer. Even if so how is that affecting the share price now. My #1 principle in pinks is to study every trade through news and without. I dont believe any pink has ever been transparent. The studying of every trade can give any number minded individual a sense of the float. IN ALL CASES. This is a low pink floater and dilution is not a bright argument. Gregs professionalism is though. Some people really like him. Other than price dropping a bit there is not much to yell about except what you should have been prepared for before you impatiently lost money. Someone will make money on the money you lost and the cycle will continue
