Now I do have to point out the flip side of this coin. I have had two other stocks that came out with a 10-Q simmiliar to this. Inspite of the dilution there has been a nice volume of buying going on the last few days. I have seen this before when the MM's are buying them up and take the stock for a run up. So, if anyone one thinks I have no clue as to what I am talking about. Please feel free to do so.
