It wouldn't surprise me were DR to let CTGIE fall to Pink Sheets as a non-reporting company. If so, there may be 'method to his madness.' At the least, it saves money, and he would not have to inform the company's enemies, via public filings, of moves he may be undertaking to save CSMG. Not to mention his 6% plus share stake in same.
