This company is nothing but a big scam, two offer and 10 times current PPS and they say not happy !,

find some other ways to scam people and keep this game going while they run away and make easy money. This company should be reported to SEC. They are making easy money using the corrupt OTCBB system. SEC should be aware of these scams. The buyout tricks are very old and often used by these companies to SCAM people

They will say we rejected all offers for the benefit of share holders because we feel company on it's own can do lot better. This is a classic pattern used by these BUYOUT hype plays. They often tell there 2-3 buyers interested to keep interest alive for weeks while they unload shares. The PR guy is very active during this time. Once they done unloading, number of PR drops, company stops responding to emails, the stock tanks.
