gollem, it sounds like you are installing some new machines in an office which is stubbornly standardized on NT4. There should be older ATI Radeon drivers which the other machines use - have you tried that?

You could go through all the drivers available in the NT4 distribution, and seek one which is in the parent tree of the current chip.

Also, what is the HP model and what model graphics chip does it use?
