maybe it is being shorted ... the smart ones have gone outalready ... even if u say .012 is resistance there is no guarantee it will not go lower than that...

wouldnt it be easier for company to just let |MMs slide it down and the co. pr a reverse split ?

we could have been at TEN CENTS ??? imo
