For the same reason I keep saying over and over and over......somebody is selling at ASK for last several weeks. Email Amanda and demand that Greg give us the makeup of the original free float shares and whether any of those are being sold. I'll bet you get NO response. : )

And the question is Not is there dilution.

And the question is NOT is Greg selling his shares.

The question is What was the original makeup of the free float shares? Are any of those being sold? Are any of those shares owned by LIGATT?

Oh.....and I'd email but I already have and have received NO response. Somebody else give it a try and let's see if Greg will respond.
