actually it's the ones that DON'T fail that piss me off. They just linger...go subpenny...dilute...reverse split...rinse repeat...they never die...as a matter of fact...I don't recall too many that just die off completely...they always seem to be reborn with a new pitch...and looking for fresh meat...
