Eco2 Plastics has been seeking a FDA approval so that they can convert plastic recycled wastes into food grade containers. The FDA approval process is what has held up Eco2 plastics all along. None the less the balance sheet for Eco2 plastics has been slowly improving and when they get there FDA approval Eco2 plastics will no longer be a penny stock.

Getting back to the question in hand Plastics Conversion Technologies refining process does not require an FDA approval and therefore is far easier to take the company from developmental to a money making business.

Read this part from today's PR:
PCT will convert waste and scrap plastic (both from its own processing and from other sources) into high-value energy products, including synthetic oil.

IMO Gary DeLaurentiis the Chief Technology Officer of the company has a plan on what to do with the recycled plastics and none of it requires an FDA approval.
