You make good points, but this is county 1, and there 10 billion shares authorized, so as of now, the #s aren't in the favor of the pps.

We'll see what happens.


I'm staying on the sidelines, and if it doesn't get to where I want to buy, I'll wait until after the F/S, and will be waiting for the dilution as the company needs to issue shares to pay employees and raise capital.
