You have got to be kidding! That is an auto-reply from customer care, all they "care" about is if you found a hair in your supersized fries, are going to sue them??!! LMAO!!

Corporate knows about EESO, started at the regional level (not store) and working its way up the ladder. It is pretty much the only way for a smaller company to get their foot in the door.
