I am not here to dispute or argue with your acumen, its obvious your an Software Engineer and an egghead (very knowledgeable).

Now let me tell you what I am, I am an investor, plain and simple, I dont care about the technology, about direct or indirect, QR, 2D, 3D. I Simply care about how the USPTO ruling and how the current set of patents will make me the Green $$$$$ in my investment in Neom.

Now, you and the many great minds on here on I-hub can debate about the many ways to monetize in the Mobile Marketing field till the proverbial cows come home.
You see, as an investor, I choose to base my investment on validity, since the EFF challenge of the patents and USPTO ruling, the validity and profile of Neom just grew 100%. WHo cares if the USPTO made a bad decision based on obviousness, the decision has been made, srowen, can you change the USPTO decision?

So, going back to my investment, I appreciate your arguments and your knowledge, but please do not mention anything about my mistake in investing in NEOM! Let me be the judge and let time dictate if my decision to invest in Neom was good or bad.
