It has zero effect on production because production is done in China.

Probably lower costs overall because they'll be buying in bigger BULK, maybe cheaper delivery because Seal Beach is a lot closer to China than VBDG's ex distribution center in Florida.

Actually the costs don't really make hardly any difference whatsoever to VBDG because P2F is picking up the tab and paying VBDG a percent of gross sales. What do they care how much it costs P2F?
