how do you know this,and if that is true how will we find out when dean refuses to file. I owned a restruant for ten years and as my own ceo ive dipped into my ceo salary when things were slow.... so with his salary there is no reason for a filing to be late....an honest reason.....could someone please shine alittle light on the reason.
