Not sure of the details on Pending litigation, however if you remember correctly I said months ago this was a huge issue! I am really starting to believe the end is finally near for this stock..AK could care less about his stake holders..he never did and never will, he is all about keeping his dream alive at the expense of others...he does not care who goes down the drain as a result..and he will keep the flames fanned with the slightest indication that a deal is about to go down..I do not have my whole nut in here, but I have enough to monitor this board and take the well deserved shots a AK when necessary he has earned that role IMO.
