you must be talking about David Galbaum...everyone thought he was BCON's hero...lol...and their distribution has diluted the hell out of the float...but none of that will matter if they can get a DOE guarantee and a contract for many megawatts...

and CEDC...who drinks more, the US or Europe?...lol
