HWG 15.75 up 3.25 is not a recommendation. Avg vol 1,500 shares and up on 4,200 shares now. The damned thing went from about $3 to about $120 from 2003 to 2006. I watched it almost daily without ever pulling the trigger. Float about 500,000 Not buying now either-----maybe. Not today anyway and probably not ever. Well, certainly not big:)
