fivestar Their is one other possabillity why management is losing 40% is that they made wrong dessions with with Solomon patents. I read one of their dessions they made with out going to the board was to have the plaris to be made in the U.S. it should have been a different model. I know I would not want to work in management for a company that beat or all most beat GM in sales world wide. Then get fired for just one quarter losing money. With out giving me a try to get it back on track. I know they are still going to fight us. If Toyota knows that they are wrong and if they lose they can now say that they got rid of the old management and that would help their image and maybe not hirt their sales. I do not think it would be a good time for them to go to court because of auto sales down and the image that they stold Solomon patents.
Just another point of view fivestar they may be covering their Azz in a different way than you think.
