No, you are wrong again. This was not "one of the most typical pink scam buyout PRs there is". I don't believe such a claim has any shred of truth in it. I believe in what Jared has said and done. The 1ST OFFER IS REAL, the COUNTER-OFFER IS REAL, and the intended 2ND BUYOUT IS ALSO REAL. Talking about other stocks that proved to be scams proves absolutely nothing here. Your premises are wrong, and so are your conclusions.
