Dilution is usually construed as a bad thing in the Pinks, that is why most just post D. Dilution or a company selling off their held common stock publicly in order to raise capital is what they have common shares for to begin with, it is the abuse of many pink CEO's that never plan to used the raised income to grow the company but rather to line their own pockets that gives the word a bad name imo.
I no longer pay much attention to what a company does these days, just interested in what kind of turn around they provide. I can DD with the best of them and did much of it on one stock I was into for the tune of 90K, and then the CEO ran off with everyone’s money so my DD these days is how to stay one step ahead a run if I need to.
