Hey Ronnie,Just be careful.It is cheap.I think the street is not bidding it up just yet because they want to see how the debt deal ends up.In other words how many shares are given.That is why the market cap is not 5x where it is now.I went throught this with ggp.The company finally told the holders to screw and filed bk.It wasn't a bad thing because the stock is now double since the bk announcement.I do think eddie should continue to cut costs and close non performing stores.Bob :))
