Obviously, that is one of the questions that need to be addressed. Make it a point on May 26th that we need to see how the first offer broke down between common and preferred's or if Preferred were totally seperate from the amount listed for commons. Don't see why Jared can't clear that up for us. Jared said he would work out a deal that favors the commons but I would like to see that process to be clear for everyone. If Jared does not sell, the preferreds will be treated as they were issued.
