I have been saying they might steal Jared's formulas while negotiating a buyout - they might just need more time to do.
Like paying off someone. I worked for an Asian company we had a guy pay cash to steal a prototype from are competitors that was winning the business. The Asians will play dirty. We knew every move after that payoff.
