NOW try an order one. OR better yet, just look at the product and it's 'technology'. This is the same product from 3 years ago. Did they upgrade? I mean, 3 years ago it was old technology. The 'idea' is GREAT!!! That is how a bunch of us got suckered in then. Still the same product. Do they still have the pictures from China? That was last great pump I remember.
