Thanks Jim, whistles- Looks like another way to pay


off a consulting 'group' with shares. It was probably formed in anticipation of this buy-out scheme. I wonder what the percentage will be, and where the cash will eventually end up.

Off-shore, perhaps Peru? Perhaps Jared went to Peru for a little, ahem, banking on the side.

This really is turning into quite the little cash cow with all this volume created out of thin air.

Funny that they would name this company, as if it were some prestigious corporation engaged in negotiations on a regular basis.

Is there anything of substance with this company? Big off shore 'deals', the name-dropping of reputable companies, and no way to check out the legitimacy of any of it, other than a bottle of all-purpose cleaner in the US.
