jonesieatl: Good to see you again. I find it awfully strange though that the current (as of 3/31/09) "basic" and "fully diluted" shares are exactly the same.

That suggests to me that there are no current "instruments" in place that YA can exercise which would dilute the O/S further.

There obviously were a year ago.

So, why do you suppose the massive reduction (besides share price)? I can't fathom that they targeted an exact price on 3/31/09 to bring those two figures to exactly the same amount.

BTW, I didn't wait until .001, I waited until .005, at which time I felt much more comfortable w/ my decision to re-invest in NEOM (post patent win). I was planning on gambling a bit at .0009 or lower but it never hit there.

Regardless, I'm very pleased thus far w/ my decision here.
