The LandAmerica attorneys are HIGHLY paid and are winning ALL judgements from what I can tell on the dockets and talking to some in the physical courtroom. All assets have been sold under stock purchase agreements - they are buying our stock, but this money is frozen for now until the judge sorts things out. FNF could pick up the tab at the end which would either buy us out or give us a proportion of their stock, as they offered us 0.993 shares of FNF for each share of our stock. Remember there is incentive for FNF to be interested simply to get back their FNF stock and other monies.
