Interesting find. But you negate to mention the below, nor that this relates to 1999 and 2004 respectively, going back some 5 years minimally, and also that Mr Duncan is still practising. What I suggest is that I will do some more DD and call Mr Duncan's office. I will forward to him the two public comments you have issued for refernce and get back to you with what I find out.
