Looks like Mr. Bigstaff has reported him to the Feds.
It looks to be that this buy out has been planned since the first of the yr. I looked and penciled in the amount of shares traded since 3/9 looks like over a 1.0B. The majority of them were sells. I guess 80% or more were sells. So at least 800M shares have been bought by someone and it has to be the buyout grp. To sell that many shares and have the price say in the 1.5-2.0 range you have to have a buyer. Looks to me they have an agreement to hold the price here well the stk was being bought by the buyout grp. I think they own now 800M or more shares. Someone on this board pointed out that the Korean grp is having their friend, business partners and others buy the shares. So if they spend 20M so far this is cheap way to get into the US market to sell their chemicals. I bet this is away to enter the market through a US co. It is a lot easier for the Koreans to do this since their reputation is not as good as the Japanese in this country. It is a smart way. The question is how many preferred shares jared has and has he been dumping them into the market?? I think he has along with the 300M. The question is does this grp own enough shares to control the co. I believe they are close. The other question Allie's shares and how is he handling them. I think he has at least 300M. So he could be the key pivotial person to sway the control of this company. There is a power struggle going I believe now for the control of the company or it will happen soon. My bet is the Koreans win and Jared will be out the door with Mark that is probably why they need more time to sell more of their shares along with Craig. This is what I think is coming when you are put against the wall people change and I think Jared has chaged in the last 30 days because he is losing control of the company. The Koreans are tough business people and they will win because they are more experinced than Jareds team. They are probably reading this board and they are laughing at how well the game is playing out for them while Jared keeps making more mistakes. The first is legal action. If they have control they can easily throw Jared out and his gang. Just watch and see they are loving what is going on jared is playing right into their game. Any misconduct is grounds to throw out a management team and I think they are close to having control. The key is where is Allie. I believe he is the key to throw the control to one side or the other.
