Interesting, how Citigroup just bought 6 million, considering they increased their stake by 33809.95 %! (their previous stake was minuscule).

They doled out the $400 million DIP and as such,are intimately privy to Chemtura's financial status and future potential. Chemtura had to convince Citgroup that were worthy of the DIP financing. They saw Chemtura's game plan and evidently saw a good investment (like us!).

It's also noteworthy that ICC capital, one of Chemtura's largest shareholders increased their shareholding by 55% (they sure seem confident!). Goldman "Slacks" bought 1.6 million. Jgd management bought over 6 miilion (these guys also bought 6 million of LVS...they sure got that rocket right!)

Folks, I ain't never "scurred" when I'm swimming in the same current as the Big Fish.
