GIBBER, I commend your years of "living" and "negotiating with Fortune 500 companies". I'm probably not as experienced as you, nor have I delt with Fortune 500 companies....I'm just a dumb farmboy from IL that has inked a few deals for our $500MM family business. I agree with you 100% regarding the trust issue....I refuse to deal with anyone that I can not trust. Trust built my reputation and my reputation is what strengthens our business! I'm sure you can relate.

Our opinions differ on whether or not Jared has or has not earned the trust of some large corporations. I simply do not know, as I was not in the room or on the phone during the negotiating processes. If you believe the contracts are real and the buyout is real, then obviously, someone must trust Jared, correct?

I will admit that Jared has lost some of the trust from shareholders, but honestly there were a lot of shareholders that bought EESO shares that didn't care either way about "trust". They simply bought to attempt to make a quick buck. That was their given right and they exercised it, but that fact that those same people come back after their "play" didn't work to their advantage and attempt to further discredit the company and even go so far as to demand the company provide proof of their actions is quite ammusing to me. I bet those Fortune 500 companies that you have delt with find similar shareholders ammusing as well.

We have a lot of negative sentiment on the board right now, because the "play" didn't go as planned. Human nature is to blame someone other than ourselves, which happens to be Jared, Mark, EESO and other pro EESO iHub members, for why it went wrong. In reality, maybe it just wasn't the right "play".....

All the best to ya....this isn't an easy one.
