HMMMMMMmmmmm.....SRE’s Leadership and Management Team

McCutcheon Marshall, Jr., Founder and CEO

Mr. Marshall established Sentinel Renewable Energies in 2007 with the vision of becoming a worldwide leader in alternative energy production. He is founder and president of The Sentinel Group, a security consulting company that provides physical security and loss prevention. He has consulted for the Department of Homeland Security and provided lead support for the historic 2005 Iraqi elections conducted in five American cities.

From 1975 to 1997, he managed multi-million dollar projects for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, The U.S. Treasury Department of the Auditor General in Pennsylvania, and The Mass Transit Administration in Maryland. He has also served as District Court Commissioner in Maryland. He has extensive ties to the political, social and law enforcement communities in the metropolitan Washington, DC area.

The information listed below is the planned operating strategy that SRE will take in order to satisfy its biodiesel production and distribution phases

Phase 1 - Summer 2009 open blending and distribution facilities in MD, VA, SC, NC, GA and DEL.

- 2009 begin construction of 2.6 million gallon facility in Williamsburg County, SC growing into a 10.4 million gallon plant in 18 months.

- 2009 begin construction of 2.6 million gallon facility in Baltimore County, MD growing into a 10.4 million gallon plant in 18 months.

Phase 2 – 10.4 million gallon facility in Williamsburg County, SC
Phase 3 – 10.4 million gallon facility in Baltimore County, MD

SRE is seeking to establish Co-ops in SC, NC, VA, MD, PA, OH to produce feedstock as well as crushing, transportation and processing. Additionally, we are seeking to establish long term relationships and potentially equity positions with local rendering plants.

This objective is two fold:

This new coop group would provide farmers with a guaranteed income (where no income currently exists) to produce winter crops. We anticipate this being a stabilizing and economic boost for the States with relation to job creation.

The formation of these Co-ops would guarantee SRE the ability to be self reliant and not dependent upon volatile commodity pricing.

In short, the SRE business model "Cradle-to-the-Grave", would ensure SRE's success with a guaranteed feedstock supply at a controlled price ensuring that we operate at 95% production capacity.
