I think you are right, have not put it all together yet but it's gonna go something like this. We are sorry your honor but we want to bankrupt 20% of the company, with all the debt and reorganize, while the 80% of our company (which produces 80% of our revenue) into a fresh company so that we can emerge as a strong, and competitive company for these trying times. Did not have a lot of time to write about it at the moment but off the cuff should be enough to get some started to thinking.
