Does that suggest that Weil saw somthing in JP's response that they did not anticipate...given the fact WMI only has a day to respond to the objection response...one would think Weil will parpare the respose to the objection response well in advance...unless something unexpected came up...and what would be JPM's incentive to agree a delay until 8:00 AM Monday?
