Bull you are speaking from both sides of the fence.. You absolutly agree to a new ceo..great... agree to some new fresh bodies ..great then you want everyone to join a lawsuit set up by the old ceo and we dont even know who the law firm is or any details.. why is this? Then the real names of shareholders are put to the public threads ike RB... and this is from a ceo many believe should be replaced... But to join "his" lawsuit when we have no info about this is absurd ... It should be published the firm in california who rich claims has been selected, why they were selected and how they were selected.. Is this a "buddy" of our CEO? A total stranger? why california lawyer anyways? This is what quirks me... I have no faith in McBride after what i have seen and heard for the past year and a half and now see .... The lawsuit thing just dosent add up... This mystery lawyer ... I have never seen a mystery lawyer for a class action suit not being named immediatly.. Has Mcbride answered the question who the mystery firm is in email questions yet? Not that i am aware of... This is all my opinion but hey Bull I agreed with some of your points at least. IMHO!
