It is my understanding that companies like McDonald's and other Fortune 500 companies have testing/safety procedures that a supplier has to go through first to be approved before your product is allowed to be sold to their different locations, franchises and etc. On top of that a National and Global price is negotiated. When it comes to chemicals and cleaning products I am sure there is no short cut to this. An individual franchise can probably buy somethings on the side but to promote it as an approved McDonald product I highly question they can do that.
