Why does pinksheets list this with a skull and cross bones? Caveat emptor? Anyone know which of the criteria is being used. We know the stock is still trading (for now), have they used unsolicited spam, etc. I know the Mcgill students did some cold calling last year, though it seems like the label was put on this security only recently.
