Last I read from Monk regarding CEMJQ he has a core position that he intends to hold for levels into a dollar, while also trading a position. Since he is not here I would recommend looking at his past posts to get a better feel for yourself.
I'm responding to you because lately his "coffee breaks" tend to take hours. I think he's helping the waitress at the diner to clean out a closet.
