thanks for that speculation... however, DM results really looked fairly decent... really only thing I care about is their cash balance as of the date of RNO acquisition:

"The Company's cash position at June 30, 2004 amounted to $4,484,000 compared with $3,403,000 at June 30, 2003 and $6,823,000 at December 31, 2003. Consolidated working capital at June 30, 2004 was $5,259,000 compared with working capital deficit of $366,000 at June 30, 2003 and working capital of $6,724,000 at December 31, 2003"

Looks like RNO picking up net working capital of $5.2M as of 6/04 compared to $6.7M as of 12/03..., a $1.5M decline. Not much in the scheme of things...

Could be that we are getting investors shorting RNO and buying DM as an arbitrage...? Similar to the action we saw between NG and SpectrumGold a month or so ago...?
